Commercial & Workshop Flooring

Commercial Epoxy Flooring Perth

For workshops, sheds and warehouses, a floor that suits your site starts with careful concrete preparation. We assess the condition of the slab and how you use the space before recommending a coating system and planning access around your work. Staged or weekend installation can be discussed, subject to availability and agreement.

Start with the practical questions

What needs to be understood before a system is proposed?

A useful quotation begins with how the floor needs to work. We assess the space before recommending a coating, finish or programme.

01

Will it suit the space?

We discuss the intended use, traffic, cleaning routine, vehicles or equipment and any substances that may contact the floor.

02

What preparation is required?

The assessment considers existing coatings, visible damage, contamination and moisture conditions before the preparation scope is confirmed.

03

How will access be managed?

Clear access, movable equipment, site constraints and any agreed staging or out-of-hours work are discussed before scheduling.

04

When can the floor return to use?

The quote separates application time from the return-to-use guidance for pedestrians, vehicles, equipment and chemical exposure.

Warehouse floor planning

Warehouse Epoxy Flooring Assessed Around Traffic, Cleaning & Access

Warehouse epoxy flooring is not specified from floor area alone. We discuss how the facility operates so the proposed preparation, coating build, texture and programme can be assessed against the actual site.

Forklift & Trolley Routes

Turning points, travel paths, loading zones and concentrated wheeled traffic are identified before a system is recommended.

Cleaning & Exposure

Cleaning routines, identified substances, roller-door exposure and any specialist performance requirement form part of the assessment.

Access & Staging

Equipment movement, clear work zones and any requested staging or out-of-hours work must be agreed before scheduling.

Preparation & programme

The scope follows the condition of the floor.

Where suitable, Total Epoxy Care mechanically diamond-grinds the concrete and completes the repairs included in the quotation. Existing coatings, damaged areas, contamination or moisture conditions can change the preparation and coating recommendation.

The programme is then set around the floor area, agreed preparation, coating system, access and site conditions. Any staged installation or work outside normal operating hours must be agreed in advance.

Return-to-use guidance is system-specific

Pedestrian traffic, vehicles, equipment and chemical exposure may require different waiting periods. The applicable times are provided for the coating system proposed for your site.

Commercial quotations

What affects the quotation?

Floor area Substrate condition Existing coatings Required preparation Site access Intended use Selected finish Programme constraints

Commercial work is quoted after the floor, operating conditions and access requirements are understood. Published working rates do not replace a site-specific commercial scope.

Working price guide: Solid colour flooring from A$70/m² + GST and premium flake around A$80/m² + GST. Final pricing depends on floor condition and an on-site assessment.

Commercial flooring questions

What to expect from the assessment

Can you confirm suitability for forklifts or chemical exposure?

We can assess the intended traffic and substances you identify. Suitability depends on the complete system and site conditions, so a specific rating or specialist requirement is confirmed only after technical assessment.

Do you promise a one- or two-day installation?

No blanket timeframe is quoted for commercial work. Floor area, preparation, access, coating system and site conditions all affect the programme.

Is the floor automatically slip-resistant or compliant?

No. Texture and slip considerations must be discussed for the actual environment. A coating alone is not represented as making an oily floor safe or automatically meeting a regulatory requirement.

How does the written 7-year workmanship warranty apply?

Eligible workmanship-related adhesion failure, peeling, lifting and delamination are covered subject to the written warranty terms, quotation and intended use. Review the warranty details and exclusions before relying on the headline term.

Can I send photos of the existing floor?

Yes. Submit the form so the enquiry is saved, then use the WhatsApp handoff to attach clear photos of the floor, edges, damage, existing coatings and access points.

Plan the floor around the way your site operates.
