7-Year Written Workmanship Warranty.
Clear protection, in writing.

Every Total Epoxy Care installation includes a 7-year written workmanship warranty covering adhesion failure, peeling, lifting and delamination caused by defective preparation or application, subject to the warranty terms.

What the warranty means

What our 7-year warranty protects.

Our warranty is about workmanship. If covered preparation or application work causes the installed coating to peel, lift or delaminate from the prepared concrete substrate under normal intended use, we will assess the issue and, for an accepted claim, repair or reapply the affected area as reasonably required.

Written, not verbal

Every completed installation is issued with a written warranty certificate after the job is finished.

Seven years from completion

The individual certificate records the installation completion date and the seven-year warranty period.

Covered workmanship failures

Protection focuses on adhesion failure, peeling, lifting and delamination caused by defective preparation or application.

Practical remedy

For an accepted claim, we repair or reapply the affected area as reasonably required, including covered labour and materials.

What is covered

Workmanship-related adhesion failure.

  • Mechanical preparation or coating-application defects that cause adhesion failure.
  • Peeling, lifting or delamination arising from a covered workmanship defect.
  • Labour and materials reasonably required to rectify the covered affected area.
Important exclusions

What is and isn’t covered.

The warranty does not cover conditions outside workmanship, including structural cracking or slab movement, rising damp or moisture moving through the concrete, pre-existing substrate conditions outside the quoted scope, impact or misuse, incompatible chemical exposure, normal wear or cosmetic change, unauthorised alteration, or use outside the intended purpose.

Crack repairs are best-effort repairs and are not warranted against future recurrence. Control, expansion and construction joints are designed to move unless the quote expressly states otherwise.

If you need help

How to make a claim.

1. Contact us promptly

Email or call us when you notice the issue. Tell us what happened and when you first observed it.

2. Send the job details

Include your installation address, warranty number, quote or invoice, and clear photos or video of the affected area.

3. Allow an inspection

Please allow reasonable access for inspection and rectification. Do not arrange repairs first unless needed to prevent further damage or address a safety risk.
